December is the month of fun and holidays. Kids throughout the world eagerly wait to celebrate christmas especially for the gifts. My kids are so well-behaved during this month hoping to receive something nice by the end of the year even though we do not celebrate Christmas 🙂
I thought of making an artefact to go with Christmas and what better than a snowflake to remind everyone of the fun and holidays.
Rolling the paper strips into loose/tight coils and creating various shapes out of that is my favourite technique. Snowflakes can bring out your best of creativity.
I have put together instructables for this at http://www.instructables.com/id/Do-You-Want-to-Build-a-Snowflake/
Quilled snowflakes may seem easy to make but takes lots of effort to assemble the tiny pieces together to create this wonderful pattern.
This snowflake glitters during the day and it glows in the dark with the radio-luminescent paint.
Submitting this snowflakes as my entry for this year end December 2016 challenge
